Conducted the Community Based Anti-Illegal Drug Abuse Program for LGU Bolinao. The German hall is compliant for programs. Rooms are great for big families. They have villas and dorm for large groups. The staff are friendly and respectful. Location is further away from the public which is better for those who wants peace and solitude. Great getaway. The locals speak Ilokano. Well maintained beach front, but traveling further lots of washed up trash can be seen here and there. The public beach is near the hotel, there are available stores and simple accomodations before the hotel.

Friendly staff, nice beach and access, but the following negative items need to be addressed. Staff needs to check the rooms prior to guest arrival for a working toilet without leaking toilet flapper valve. Water pressure too low to take a shower. Food is fatty and not kept warm when served. Pool needs to be vacuumed to remove sand accumulating near water jets. No water skimmer on shallow half of pool. Water seems a bit murky. Only listing these issues so ownership knows what should be addressed for me to give a 4+ star rating.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights first week of May, I would agree that this is the best spot in Patar Beach, amazing seaside, great rock formation, privacy, rooms are good. Pros: - Friendly Staffs, accommodating to request. (Even assisted me to buy a sun block, Kudos to Brix (?) in restaurant, and all the front desk staff) - They even have a Welcome Board with our names (I’m impressed right away) - Room are clean and spacious, it even have a mini sofa if you don’t want to lay down in your bed - Seaside on their resort is A-mazing! - Food are delicious! I Love the buffet breakfast, fruit shake and seafoods available (ask for the best sellers) - Instagram worthy pictures, most especially around the rock formation during sunset or if waves are strong. - Water pressure in bathroom is good - They have wifi and globe signal (Yes, I worked here, so it’s possible to work from here) - Pool access in case you want to rest from beach - Overall, Great resort environment Needs Improvement - Trash Bin needs to have trash bags - Needs improvement of Shower heads to make it match the design of bathroom - LIGHTING inside the room, the one that I had in my room, barely light my room in the evening. This is something that the management can look at in improving the quality of the room. - Dresser - it doesn’t match the room design - Security Vault - The one I have in my room is locked forever, need this for people like me that is traveling alone. - Table in balcony, I really want to work in my balcony but the room doesn’t have a movable chair and table Yes, the cost seems to be high but I would say the cost is really WORTH IT, it is not as crowded just like the other resorts that has a low cost room therefore, they do have a lot of guest, and the seaside will be crowded. We are paying not just the amenities of the resort, but also the privacy and the amazing ambiance of the sea away from the city. 😊 I will go definitely go back here with my Family.

Rooms need some TLC for the pricepoint. However, spacious cya for family size. We stayed in the prime seaview rooms. All the staff were also friendly (especially Reggie in housekeeping). Just take note that wifi is slow/spotty but thru no fault of the hotel. Weak signal also even for globe. Smart totally no signal. Pros: - Food is quite good on times were ordered. Breakfast is great, buffet food quality is way better than ala carte. - Sand is nice (April month), I heard it changes. But the waves were quite strong so take note for those with kids. - Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. - Aircon was cold - Lots of parking and nice flowers surrounding the property. - Great location for pictures especially near the rock formation. - Beach area is quiet and relaxing. Suggestions for Improvement: - Provide garbage bag in your bins. - Use real towels please, not the flannel or microfiber material for blanket. Those dont absorb water! - Provide 1 pool towel and 1 bath towel at the very least. - Change the bulbs in the bedrooms to provide soft lighting. The balcony areas also were rather dark. - Pls put at least conditioner and bodywash (they only had shampoo in the dispenser) and provide handsoap in the sink. - Pls have a designated pool attendant clean the pool more often bec there are alot of debris in the water due to the tree/plant surrounding the area.

5-STAR FOR THEIR SERVICE. I can't express enough how welcoming they are throughout our stay. They made us feel at ease and safe. All employees are following minimum health standard. The place is clean and beautiful, although some of their facilities are in need of repairs - I understand that it may not be a priority since pandemic greatly affected the tourism industry. You get what you pay for. We really enjoyed our stay and will sure go back again. 🥰
